Given to the natural characteristics of leather as a skin, slight imperfections are entirely normal with the leather products. Avoid direct contact with water, heat, grease, oil, alcohol and other abrasive products. When not in use, it is advisable to store the handbag in the dust bag using the silica gel sachet.

Exchange/Returns:

We have a refund/exchange policy in which u can request for refund/exchange within 48hrs of receiving the parcel. All we deduct from refund amount is transaction charge. You will have to courier us back the product in the same way as you received it, at your expense. We check the quality of the returned goods and if all is okay, then we refund your money as bank transfer or cheque. In case of exchange once we receive the exchange product from you and do quality check, we will courier you the new choosan product.
