Shipping & Returns


We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India. All orders are delivered within 8-12 business days from the date of purchase. As you must know, that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries, hence they are not counted.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our orders in India.

We directly process all our orders from our warehouse in Mumbai, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse within 1-4 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites. Kindly do allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at or call us on +91-90222-99971 and we will get back to you.

Do remember that the product bought will only be accepted for replace or return if the request is intimated within 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the purchase bill.

So, once a return/exchange request is raised, you will receive an email for the same. And then our shipping partner shall arrange for the pick up.

However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item unless a damaged product was received. Shipping costs shall be deducted from your refund amount.


  • Replacement is only applicable with the total bill of equal price value or more.
  • Sale items are not eligible refund/exchange.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, subject to inspection of the returned product. If approved, your refund will be processed as a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We inspect every product meticulously before they are shipped out. However, if the delivered product has been hampered or damaged while transportation, you must  notify us by email (including pictures) or call us within 12 hours of the product being delivered. A returned request will be mailed and a reverse pick up will be arranged. We will investigate the damage from our end and courier the order again to the designated address as soon as possible.

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware (locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps etc.). It can be repaired, only if such damage has been reported within one month from time of purchase of the merchandise.

RASHMI MODI acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
